Why We Give
Selfless giving is a key component in our spiritual growth. When people give, most often they receive blessings in return.
By researching and giving to a cause, you become more educated about needs around the world. You may discover new information about which you were previously uninformed. Increasing your awareness in this way will also enable you to better support these needs in prayer.
Knowing that you sacrificed something such as time, finances or property in order to help others in need can give you a sense of purpose in life or work and inner satisfaction.
Ways to Give
Text-to-Give
Giving couldn’t be any easier than using the text feature on your smartphone. Simply text “GIVE” followed by the amount you would like to give to 706-907-0851 and follow the prompts! Example: “GIVE 50”
The first time you give, you will be asked to store your credit card information securely on the payment processors servers, making giving even easier the second time around.

Cash or Check
You may also give by cash or check. Please make checks payable to First United Pentecostal Church. By contributing via check, you authorize the Church to use information from your check to process your payment electronically.
Cash or checks may be dropped in the offering bags during service. You may mail your checks to our finance department at the address below. We do not recommend sending cash through the mail.

- Can I Schedule Recurring Contributions?
Our Text-To-Give platform currently supports recurring gifts. When giving via the Text-To-Give platform the system will ask you if you want your gift to be recurring.
- Will I Receive A Contribution Statement?
Yes, our Text-To-Give platform will email you a giving statement after your gift has been processed.
- How Do I Update My Credit Card in the Text-To-Give Platform?
Simply text “UPDATE” to our giving number (706-907-0851) and follow the prompts.
