Why We Give
Selfless giving is a key component in our spiritual growth. When people give, most often they receive blessings in return.
By researching and giving to a cause, you become more educated about needs around the world. You may discover new information about which you were previously uninformed. Increasing your awareness in this way will also enable you to better support these needs in prayer.
Knowing that you sacrificed something such as time, finances or property in order to help others in need can give you a sense of purpose in life or work and inner satisfaction.
Three Ways To Give
On Your Smartphone
Giving by text couldn’t be any easier. Simply text “GIVE” followed by the amount you would like to give to 706.907.0851 and follow the prompts! Example: “GIVE 50”
The first time you give you will be asked to store your credit card information securely on the payment processors servers, making giving even easier the second time around.

On Your Computer
We have made online giving easy. Simply click on any “Give Now” button located on this site to start you giving experience.
With online giving your card information is not currently stored with the processor. This means you will need to enter it each time.

Cash or Check
Please make checks payable to First United Pentecostal Church. By contributing via check, you authorize the church to use information from your check to process your payment electronically.

- Can I Schedule Recurring Contributions?
Our text to give platform currently supports recurring gifts, but our online platform does not support this method. We do expect to add it in the future. When giving via the text to give platform the system will ask you if you want your gift to be recurring.
- Is Electronic Giving Secure?
We’ve taken steps to ensure that the giving process is safe and secure from beginning to end. All of your giving data is secured by SSL encryption. SSL is a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the Internet. It is the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies to keep your information safe and secure during transactions.
- Will I Receive A Contribution Statement?
Yes, both our text to give and online giving platforms will email you a giving statement after your gift has been processed.
- How Do I Update My Credit Card In The Text To Give Platform?
Simply text “UPDATE” to our giving number (706.907.0851) and follow the prompts.
